After receiving your package with the returned article, thoses additionnal fees will allow me to buy a new postal tracking number to send the new requested article in exchange. 
 
Conditions: To accept an exchange, and send the new article, the returned product must be in excellent condition, with no damage ore sign of use. Also, all the postal costs remains at the customer's charge.
