RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to love your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please review the return & exchange conditions below or contact me directly.

Refunds:

All items sold on CamWitch.com are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in case of proven initial damage or an order mistake on my side.

Exchanges:

The buyer must contact me within 7 days of receiving the order to request an exchange. The item will be exchanged only if it remains in impeccable condition.

All items on promotion are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
