Product Size Adjustment or Extension - Service Fee

This listing applies to two separate service options. Please read carefully and select the option that applies to your request.

Option 1 – Product size adjustment (return required)

After I receive your returned product, this fee covers the handling and a new tracked shipment to send the adjusted product back to you.

Conditions for Option 1:

• The product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or use, for the adjustment to be accepted.

• The return shipment to me must be:

  • arranged and paid by the customer

  • sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

• Any return package sent with duties, taxes, or fees due on delivery will be refused.

• Return shipping costs to me are not included in this listing and must be handled by the customer through their local postal service.

This listing covers only the service handling and the outbound tracked shipment once the adjusted product is ready to be sent back.

Option 2 – Extension chain only (no return required)

This option applies if you choose to receive a matching extension chain without returning the original product.

Conditions for Option 2:

• This listing covers the preparation and one tracked shipment of the extension chain only.

• The installation and attachment of the extension chain are done by the customer.

• I am not responsible for fitting, installation, or final sizing once the extension chain has been delivered.

• No additional adjustments or modifications are included after the extension chain has been shipped.

General shipping policy (applies to both options)

• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• This listing includes one outbound tracked shipment only, depending on the option selected.

• No return shipping costs to me are included.
